I have a great deal of experience that includes building warehouses, homes and apartment buildings. I spent several years as a zoning consultant for large builders and developers in Southeast Wisconsin. I have traveled in 10 states as a commercial site locator.
I have a BA in social science from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. I completed advanced studies in contracts and real estate at Marquette Law School.
During the Vietnam War I worked as an intelligence specialist for an infantry battalion.
I developed and sold 20 major self-storage developments in south east Wisconsin and invented the first portable self-storage concept prototype.
