First Weber Group Realtors and Rhinelander Realty Announce Merger

Madison, WI —James Imhoff, Chairman and CEO of First Weber Group, headquartered in Madison, announced that effective January 1, 2006, Rhinelander Realty, Rhinelander, Wisconsin will merge with First Weber Group Realtors.

Rhinelander Realty is Rhinelander's oldest and best known real estate firm. Founded in 1954 by Clyde Estabrook, the company had its start in the basement of Estabrook's Insurance in downtown Rhinelander.

The company remained in the family until 1997 when it was sold to three of its agents, Sandy Ebben, Gerry Riopel and Ron Skagen, who will remain with First Weber Group as Vice Presidents. Sandy Ebben will also manage the office.
